Welcome to What Web Has to Offer website. I created this site as a response to requests from students of a University of Essex where I teach information technology and web design. This site is supposed to provide a comprehensive overview of css design techniques, so if you are looking to start your adventure with css or just want to expand your knowledge or review before your final exam you’ve come to the right place.

All techniques and information gathered here are prepared with close consideration of web standards compliance and accessibility issues (as outlined by W3C and WaSP organizations). I believe that by adhering to these standards we can make the web a better place for the users, as well as improve the quality of our own website.
